Is this a website readiness score?
No. Nansen reports actual Google organic results and live AI answers—not a checklist-based visibility score. ChatGPT and Gemini checks observe website answers; Claude and Perplexity checks use live web-search APIs, which may differ from their consumer websites. Each result identifies its measurement type.
Why do you need a customer question?
A ranking only has meaning for a specific search. A neutral question lets us check whether an AI mentions your business without telling it to do so. Your business name is used to identify matches in the returned answer.
What does “not found” mean?
For Google, it means your website was not in the organic results returned for this check. We request a depth of 10; the search may return fewer organic results. A position beyond those results is not measured. For AI, it means your business was not mentioned or cited in that particular answer. It does not mean your business is absent everywhere.
What if a check fails or takes longer?
We show its actual status and keep its saved check. Continuing the same check does not submit a duplicate paid request. A failed or unavailable check is excluded from percentages.
Is the assessment free?
