YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 25, 2026
Here is what happens to information you share with Nansen—and what stays only in your browser.
1. Who handles your information
Nansen Systems is responsible for information you provide to us through this website and our contact channels. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@nansensystems.com. This notice covers the public Nansen website and its course demo; a client’s production AI workspace will need its own agreed data arrangements.
2. What you share, and why
Webinar registration collects your name, email address, optional company name, the event and your consent to receive joining details and webinar updates. The form is submitted to Netlify Forms so we can manage registrations and contact you about that event. Registration does not by itself authorize unrelated promotional campaigns.
The contact page prepares an inquiry containing your name, email, optional company, selected service and message. Preparing it does not submit a registration or save it to our server. If you choose Email or WhatsApp, the prepared text is passed to that service; you then choose whether to send it. Information you send is used to answer your request, discuss a course or project, and manage an agreed service.
The client setup form collects your name, email, company, role, industry, optional website and branding preferences, intended workspace and team setup, setup approver, department needs, desired outcomes, and descriptions of knowledge sources, restricted information categories and possible tool connections. Answers, a form version and your setup consent are saved in Netlify Forms for authorized Nansen administrators to review, arrange your course workspace and contact you. Other students cannot view responses through the form. It does not accept file uploads, create an account, process payment, or authorize unrelated marketing. Please do not include confidential company information, private document links, passwords, API keys, or customer records. The page is unlisted and requests search exclusion, but is not password-protected.
3. The Plans & Pricing chat guides
The Foundation, Connected and Custom chat guides use prepared package answers. They do not send your questions to an AI provider or to Nansen. They keep questions and drafts only in the current page’s memory; reloading or leaving the page clears them.
Choosing Email Us opens an email addressed to Nansen with the selected build in the subject. It does not send the message automatically. You decide what to include and whether to send it.
4. The Build Studio is a local demo
The studio uses sample company records and prepared answers, not a live AI service. Questions, selected file names and practice permissions stay in the current page’s memory. Choosing a file shows its name; it does not upload its contents. Switching between studio tools keeps these practice changes during the visit. A reload or leaving the demo can clear them.
When browser storage is available, checklist progress is kept in localStorage until cleared, and a demo email entered on the sample sign-in page is kept in sessionStorage for that browser session. The demo password is not saved or transmitted. Use fake credentials and sample files only—never confidential company information. You can clear site data in your browser settings or download your own demo export.
5. Services used by the website
Netlify hosts the website and handles webinar and client setup forms. Google Workspace handles our current hello@nansensystems.com mailbox; earlier correspondence may remain in our previous Hostinger mailbox. If you use our WhatsApp links or join a Zoom event, those services process information under their own privacy terms. Providers may process data outside the Philippines; this website does not promise Philippines-only storage.
Hosting and communication providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, browser information and security logs to deliver and protect their services. The current website code does not include advertising pixels. Essential provider technologies and the local demo storage described above may still apply.
Article sharing controls pass the public article link and, where supported, its title to the service you choose. You decide whether to post or send it. Copying a link uses your device clipboard when permitted. These controls do not automatically post to your accounts or add social-media tracking scripts to the website.
Course payment buttons open a checkout hosted by PayPal, showing PrismaTechAI as the receiving business. Payment information is handled by PayPal under its own privacy terms; card details are entered on PayPal, not on this website. Selecting a class batch or opening its payment link does not complete a payment or automatically reserve a class place. Nansen confirms course places separately.
6. Access, security and keeping records
Information sent to us is handled for the inquiry, registration or service concerned, using the relevant hosting, email and communication providers. It may also need to be disclosed where required by law. No website or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Records should be kept only while needed for their stated purpose, an ongoing service, or applicable legal and dispute-resolution requirements. Retention can differ between event registrations, correspondence and client records; this notice does not promise an automatic deletion date. Contact us to ask what we hold, how long it is needed, or to request deletion. Browser-local demo data can be cleared directly on your device.
7. Your privacy choices and rights
You may ask for access to or correction of your personal information, withdraw consent, object to processing, or request erasure or blocking where applicable. Email hello@nansensystems.com with your request. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing records; please do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive documents.
These rights are subject to applicable law and any lawful need to retain information. You may also raise a concern with the Philippines’ National Privacy Commission. Declining webinar email consent means we cannot complete that registration; you can still browse the public website.
8. Updates and production workspaces
We will update this notice as the site’s data handling changes. A real client AI build requires agreed storage, authorized users, service providers, retention and security controls before company data is connected. Public demo switches and visual status labels are not proof of production security.
Read about your rights at the National Privacy Commission. For Nansen-specific requests, email our privacy contact.
