BEFORE YOU BEGIN

An AI Twin Brain is a company-specific AI assistant built around your approved knowledge, processes and expertise.
Your employees ask questions in everyday language and get relevant guidance from the information they are allowed to access. It supports the people doing the work—from the warehouse and production floor to sales and leadership.
WHAT GOES INSIDE?
THE EVERYDAY PROBLEMS IT HELPS SOLVE
PROBLEM 01
Employees ask in one place. The Twin finds relevant guidance in your company’s approved documents and shows the source.
Less time searching. More time doing the work.
PROBLEM 02
Give employees access to approved, step-by-step guidance for everyday tasks. Unclear or high-risk issues still go to the right person.
Fewer repetitive interruptions and avoidable delays.
PROBLEM 03
Make onboarding instructions, product knowledge and company standards easier to find and revisit when people need them.
More consistent training and day-to-day decisions.
PROBLEM 04
Capture approved processes, decision notes and expert knowledge so they remain available to the company beyond one person’s tenure.
Smoother handovers. Knowledge your company keeps.
WHAT YOU CAN BUILD WITH YOUR TWIN
Learn to build it in the guided course, or have Nansen build it for you. Start with your company’s knowledge and extend it into the apps, agents and approved connections your team needs.
YOUR BRAND. YOUR ADDRESS.
Give your Twin a home under your company’s branding and domain or subdomain. Employees sign in to their own workspace, with access to the knowledge approved for them—not a public library of your files.
A standalone experience, outside ChatGPT.
AN APP YOUR TEAM CAN OPEN
A Progressive Web App lets employees open your company Twin from an icon on supported phones and computers. Your web app, with an app-style experience—without needing an app-store download.
Online AI features still need an internet connection.
PRODUCTIVITY + SALES
Build task-focused assistants that help your team get more done and support sales. Prepare quotes from approved pricing, draft customer follow-ups, summarize inquiries and turn meeting notes into next steps.
You set the tools, permissions and approval rules.
A PATH TO COMPATIBLE ROBOTICS
Plan how your company Twin can connect to compatible PUDU robots—for example, to check robot status or request approved delivery tasks. Live functions depend on the model, API access, integration and safety testing.
Robot hardware and live integration are separate scope.
Your course plan or project proposal confirms what is included, which connections will be built and the ongoing domain, hosting and AI usage costs. Advanced agents, PWA setup and live robotics are agreed before work begins.
The Twin supports decisions; it does not replace human judgment or required safety approvals. Agents act only through the connections and permissions you approve; messages, prices and commitments can require a person’s approval before they go out. Your build is tested against your agreed sources and workflows.
THE NANSEN PERSPECTIVE
What’s changing. What it means for your business and your people.
AI BUSINESS GUIDE
A plain-language guide to tokens, API credits and getting useful work from your AI budget—whatever business you run.
BUSINESS ROBOTICS
The MP2000 announcement puts pallet handling in focus. What should a business prepare before a robot joins the workflow?
PEOPLE + ROBOTS
NVIDIA’s Halos announcement connects hardware, software and safety assessment. The human side matters just as much.
